Just a few things that are making our temp apartment feel like home. We wouldn’t dream of leaving our friend Erl tucked away in a box and Joe couldn’t be without his favorite whisky. Recognize the Moroccan slippers and the book cover? The router has been a life saver since the suite only has a single ethernet connection. We’ve learned how to make hotel stays a bit more comfortable.

Yes my favorite blanket my godmom gave me for Christmas 2 years ago… and a family photo :) A bottle of prosecco just because would be nice too!!

Hm! This is interesting! A friend of mine is leaving for a year to Cambridge for a Masters program at Harvard and I will be gone for 4 months this fall – we were just trying to decide what we’d need to take with us to make our long-term temporary homes comfy.
